Description
The Marketing Manager provides hands‑on, frontline marketing support to LHH’s Career Transition & Mobility (CTM) business line. The role is delivery‑focused and execution‑led, supporting the implementation of agreed marketing plans through campaign execution, content coordination and channel activation.
Working closely with the Head of Country Marketing and the wider marketing team, this role is responsible for getting marketing activity delivered efficiently and to a high standard, helping to increase brand awareness and support inbound lead generation.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Execute marketing campaigns in line with agreed plans and priorities set by senior marketing leadership.
- Coordinate multi‑channel marketing activity across digital, email, social, paid media, content and events.
- Manage day‑to‑day campaign delivery, including timelines, assets, approvals and stakeholder coordination.
- Support lead generation activity through effective campaign execution and channel activation.
- Coordinate the creation and adaptation of marketing content with internal subject‑matter experts.
- Work closely with the Social Media & Content Coordinator to support content distribution and engagement.
- Activate marketing channels to drive reach, awareness and inbound leads.
- Track campaign performance, maintain accurate activity records and support execution‑level reporting.
- Act as the day‑to‑day marketing point of contact for the CTM business line, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to brief.
- Collaborate with sales, solution leads and commercial stakeholders to support agreed marketing activity.
All About You
- 4–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution and delivery.
- Proven experience coordinating and implementing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience supporting content creation and marketing asset production.
- Comfortable working to clear direction and priorities set by senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Data‑aware, with experience tracking campaign performance and supporting reporting.
- Delivery‑focused, detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
